Data collected
The free-access form collects your email address, optionally your name and organization, and the sector and mapping services you select. We retain the time of your form submission and basic screening activity: date, analysis type, approximate AOI area, rounded AOI centre (0.1°), number of Sentinel-2 scenes and number of analyses. We do not store the full AOI polygon with a registration or ordinary screening run. When you request a quotation, the AOI and your project details are sent to 3DeepVision by email for handling the enquiry.
No email verification
The Explorer does not require an account, password or verification link. Registration is based on self-submitted email addresses. We cannot guarantee that the person entering an email owns that address. The public registration counter shows unique submitted email addresses, not verified individual users.
Purpose and legal basis
The contact form is necessary for providing access to the requested free analysis and to understand service demand. Aggregate activity helps operate and improve the Explorer, subject to applicable data-protection requirements. An optional checkbox records interest in hearing about relevant 3DeepVision services; because email ownership is not confirmed, this should not be treated as a verified subscription for bulk marketing. 3DeepVision will use an appropriate lawful basis and additional confirmation if required before sending promotional communications. Leaving the box unchecked does not affect access.
Storage and recipients
Registration data are stored in an access-protected PHP data file within the website's server-side forms folder and viewed only through the password-protected administrator dashboard. The site uses an essential session cookie to remember access during your browser session. Required service providers include the web host and map/data providers. Accessing satellite imagery or maps sends normal technical connection metadata to those data providers. We do not sell registration data.
Retention
Registration and associated analysis activity are removed automatically after approximately 24 months without a registration or analysis activity. Quotation enquiries can be retained longer as needed for legitimate business obligations. Before publishing, 3DeepVision should confirm the legal-basis, retention, hosting-provider and data-subject-rights statements with its GDPR adviser.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of personal data, object where appropriate and ask to withdraw any direct-marketing preference by emailing contact@3deepvision.eu. Because registration does not verify ownership, we may need to confirm your identity before acting on an access or erasure request. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
